Delivery
New Zealand Delivery (Domestic)
FREE New Zealand standard delivery on orders over $60 - no code necessary!
Orders typically dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) and take 1-3 business days to arrive. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order leaves our dispatch centre. Lookbook Loves is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
Orders below $60 will incur a $5 delivery fee.
Orders to rural addresses will incur a $10 delivery fee.
Australia Delivery (International)
Orders typically dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) and take 2-6 business days to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order leaves our dispatch centre. Lookbook Loves is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
Orders to Australia will incur a $20 delivery fee.
All duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that purchasing items online doesn't always go as planned, so don’t worry - we are always happy to help where we can.
How to make a return or exchange
If you'd like to return as item, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the returned item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and then you will receive an email with the details of your credit note. Please note that Lookook Loves does not offer refunds for any items unless deemed faulty.
If you require a replacement size or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note provided. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 2-3 days of receiving the original item/s.
We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchangedunless the item is faulty
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
To make a return:
1. Email hello@lookbookloves.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return
2. We will email you a returns form to include in your package
3. Ensure the items you'd like to return meet the above conditions

4. Send your parcel back to the address on the returns form. We recommend using a traceable delivery service as Lookbook Loves is not liable for items lost in transit
5. Once we have processed your return we will email you a store credit
Order Information
I need to cancel my order
Please email hello@lookbookloves.com immediately with your order number. If your order has already been processed unfortunately we are no longer able to cancel it.
I need to change my order
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order once its been placed. Please email hello@lookbookloves.com immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Do you have a physical store?
Lookbook Loves is an online only store. If there's a particular product you'd like to inquire about please email hello@lookbookloves.com.
How do I use my store credit?
To use your store credit you'll need to use the unique code provided in your store credit email at the checkout. Enter the code in the box marked 'Gift Card or Discount Code' and click apply. You don't need to be logged into your account to use your store credit.
